Delivery & Returns

Delivery Rates & Options:

We always endeavour to process orders the same day if they are placed before 12:00.

* Your order will always be processed within 24 hours (subject to stock availability) and delivered within 3-5 weeks throughout the island of Mauritius.

* All our packages are registered with the Mauritius Post Ltd, and a confirmation number will be made available for your order.

* Depending on items ordered (size, weight, texture), we will pack your order in a padded envelope and arrange for home delivery at no additional cost.  In case of unsuccessful delivery, notification will be left for collection at your nearest Post Office.

* Depending on items ordered (size, weight, texture), we will pack your order in a box and your parcel can be collected at your nearest Post Office.

The delivery methods are as follows:

  1. Standard

This is the normal option where your package will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

  1. Express

At an additional cost of Rs 20, your order can be expedited.  This option allows your package to be delivered within 1-2 working days.

If a box/parcel is delivered, it is the notification card that will be treated as an express item.

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER Rs 3,000.


Returns & Refunds:

In keeping with our dedication to customer satisfaction, we will gladly issue a refund for any unopened merchandise, in resalable condition, within 15 days of purchase.  For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.  

Please note that:

  • * A 15% restocking fee will be incurred.
  • * All items will be examined upon receipt.
  • * Delivery charges are not refunded.
  • * All refunds will be issued by cheque.

Where goods are faulty or were sent in error, we will happily exchange the products and refund any postage costs you incur returning the items. 

* To return any items, please first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation)

* All returns should be sent with a copy of your invoice.  In order to constantly improve our services and products we would greatly appreciate details of why you are returning your item.

* We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return items as PHB Ethical Beauty - Mauritius does not accept responsibility for returned goods which are lost in transit.

* Returns will be processed within 5 working days of the receipt of products by PHB Ethical Beauty - Mauritius.
